Welcome to Essentials! We’re so grateful you’re here.
During your first visit at Essentials, you’ll be greeted warmly and welcomed into our beautiful healing place. We’ve thoughtfully created a warm and welcoming environment for our patients.
When you call to schedule your first appointment, you will have received an email and instructions to complete your patient portal and intake forms before your first visit so your doctor will have your information when you arrive. If there is anything that needs to be completed (or if you prefer), our friendly front desk team will help you fill out any remaining forms electronically or with good old fashioned paper and pen when you arrive at the office.
The front desk will get a copy of your insurance card and photo ID. They will be able to look up your insurance benefits and inform you of your estimated cost. We also have amazing self-pay options available.
Your first visit will include meeting with your doctor for a complete history, examination and treatment. We don’t routinely do x-rays on each new patient, but your doctor will refer you to get x-rays if it is clinically necessary.
We are here to support you and will start treatment on your first visit. Your doctor will recommend the best plan of treatment to get you feeling great or keep you healthy and happy if you’re coming in for wellness care. Each treatment plan is individual and based on your needs and goals.
