A few things to consider when attending classes at Essentials Yoga & Wellness:

  • Please be on time, arrive a few minutes early to give yourself the opportunity to prepare for class.
  • Speak softly to respect all within the studio and to honor this quiet space.
  • Inform your instructor of any injuries you have before class begins.
  • Please turn all cell phones off and leave them outside the studio. If you are on-call inform your instructor and place your mat near the door in case of an early exit.
